SolSlide Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using SolSlide, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and use wallet-enabled features in compliance with local law.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SolSlide for personal entertainment.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized automation.
• Copy, redistribute, or sell our content without permission.
• Use the app in violation of law or third-party rights.

5. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions

SolSlide may integrate with external Solana wallets. You are solely responsible for wallet security, private keys, seed phrases, and transaction approvals.

6. Purchases and Refunds

In-app blockchain transactions are processed on a decentralized network and are generally final. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable. BATA is a virtual in-app currency, not a crypto token, not transferable to external wallets, and has no cash value.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, visuals, text, and software are owned by or licensed to Bataflow and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

SolSlide is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bataflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be available at:

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Bataflow operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
