By accessing or using Orbit Loop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our platform.
2. The "Test-for-Test" Core Rule
Orbit Loop is a collaborative community built on mutual trust. By joining an "Orbit" (testing mission), you legally and morally commit to the following:
- 14-Day Requirement: You must keep the apps of other developers installed on your device for a minimum of 14 continuous days.
- Daily Engagement: You must open the tested apps and provide authentic screenshot proofs within the Orbit Loop app to maintain your testing streak.
3. Anti-Fraud & "Hit and Run" Policy
To protect the integrity of the platform, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate and permanent ban without warning:
- Uninstalling a developer's app before the 14-day cycle is complete ("Hit and Run").
- Uploading fake, duplicated, or edited screenshots as "Proof of Work".
- Using emulators, bots, or multiple fake accounts to bypass the testing requirements.
4. Virtual Currency & Premium Features
Orbit Loop may offer virtual coins or "Premium Slots" to boost your app's visibility.
- All purchases made via Google Play Billing are final and non-refundable.
- Virtual coins hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- BataFlow reserves the right to modify the pricing or features of Premium services at any time.
5. User-Generated Content & Liability
When you submit an app for testing on Orbit Loop:
- You confirm that you own the rights to the app, its logo, and its content.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your app complies with Google Play's Developer Policies.
- Orbit Loop (Bataflow) does not screen the code of third-party apps submitted to our platform. Users download and test other developers' apps at their own risk.
6. Disclaimer of Affiliation & Guarantees
Orbit Loop is an independent tool built by indie developers to assist with closed testing. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC or the Google Play Store. Furthermore, participating in Orbit Loop does not guarantee that your app will be approved for production by Google.
7. Account Suspension
BataFlow reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account at our sole discretion if we suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms the community.
