Nordic Blink provides digital fishing tools: real-time weather data, smart lure (blink) recommendations, offline coastal maps, and community catch logging.

3. Accuracy of Content

• Weather data and lure algorithms are calculated based on third-party sources and our internal logic.
• There may be slight variations in local coastal conditions and actual fishing results (the fish always have the final say).
• Fishing spots reported by the community may not always be accurate or accessible. Always respect private property and local laws.

4. Notifications

• The app may offer personalized notifications (e.g., optimal weather alerts or community updates).
• Functionality depends on your device permissions and system configurations.

5. Permitted Use

• Using the app to facilitate illegal activities or violate local fishing regulations is strictly prohibited.
• Tampering with the system, code, algorithms, or related services is prohibited.
• Posting deceptive, offensive, or hateful content in the Catch Feed is prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Catch logs, uploaded photos, and fishing spots shared by users may be moderated, approved, rejected, or deleted according to the app's community guidelines and safety standards.

7. Completely Free Service

Nordic Blink is a 100% free application. We do not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features. Enjoy the full experience without any paywalls.

8. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as-is". The developer is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or consequences arising from the use of the app (including unsuccessful fishing trips or damaged equipment).
