We collect only the data necessary to provide our app testing services and ensure a secure environment.
A. Personal Information (Via Supabase Authentication)
We use Magic Link (Email-based) authentication for secure access. We do not store your passwords. When you log in, we receive and store:
- Email Address: For account identification, login verification (Magic Links), and essential communication.
- User ID: A unique identifier linked to your secure Supabase account.
- Public Profile: Any handle or username you choose to display within the community.
B. Financial Information & Virtual Currency
- Coins/Credits: We store your internal coin balance (used for app promotions and premium features).
- In-App Purchases: Transactions for Premium Slots or Coin Packs are processed via Google Play Billing. We do not store or have access to your credit card details or bank account information.
C. User-Generated Content
- App Details: Logos, names, and package IDs of the apps you register for testing.
- Proof of Work: Screenshots or photos you voluntarily upload to verify that a test has been completed. These are stored securely in our database.
D. Device Information
For fraud prevention and security (e.g., detecting duplicate accounts), we may collect device identifiers and basic analytics to improve app performance.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Account Management: To manage your identity and secure access via Magic Links.
- Service Fulfillment: To verify app tests and manage the "Orbit" mission cycles.
- Monetization: To process Premium Slot upgrades and manage your virtual wallet.
- Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity (e.g., inappropriate content or fake proofs).
- Communication: To send you critical system updates or support responses.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. We share data only with trusted third-party services essential for the app's operation:
- Supabase (Storage & Database): Used for secure authentication and hosting your data.
- Google Play Services: Used for processing payments and managing app updates.
- Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements to non-premium users.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
You have full control over your data.
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account via the "My Base" (Profile) settings. This will permanently remove your email, apps, and proof history from our servers.
- Web Request: If you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by contacting us at bata@bataflow.app. We will process requests within 7 business days.
6. Children's Privacy
Orbit Loop is intended for use by adults (18+) and developers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) to protect your data in transit. Your information is stored securely on servers managed by Supabase, utilizing PostgreSQL security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app or updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
