1. Who We Are

Fajlemanie is operated by Bataflow ("we", "us", "our").

2. Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Gameplay information (for example: current streak, words guessed, Bata coins, and in-app settings).
• Device and technical information (for example: app version, platform, crash or diagnostic events).
• Account information (e.g., an automatically generated User ID or your Email address if you choose to create an account to back up your progress).

We do not collect sensitive personal data, physical location, or any payment/credit card details (Apple processes all transactions).

3. How We Use Information

We use data to:

• Save your daily progress, coins, and win streaks.
• Provide access to features like in-game hints.
• Improve app performance, reliability, and gameplay experience.
• Prevent abuse and unauthorized access.

4. Terms of Service & License

By using Fjalemani, you agree to the following terms:

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment.
• You may not reverse-engineer the game, copy the source code, or redistribute our visual assets.
• All in-app purchases (such as coin packages for hints) are processed securely by Apple. Any refunds or payment disputes are handled in accordance with Apple’s standard App Store policies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver core features, such as:

• Apple (for processing all in-app purchases securely).
• Supabase (for our database infrastructure to save your account and progress).

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data. All financial transactions are secured and encrypted by Apple. We never store or process your payment information on our servers.

7. Children

Fjalemani is a family-friendly game. However, it includes In-App Purchases. Any purchases made require the standard authentication and parental controls provided by Apple's iOS ecosystem. If you are a parent and have concerns about data, please contact us.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Data Retention: We retain your gameplay progress and account data for as long as your account is active so you don't lose your progress. If you delete the app, local data is removed immediately. Cloud data is kept until you request deletion.

Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your data at any time. You can do this directly inside the app (Settings > Delete Account) or by emailing us at bata@bataflow.app. For full deletion instructions, please see our Data Deletion Policy.
