1. General Disclaimer

WordChain is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a seamless gaming experience, Bataflow does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that server connections will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for any lost progress, including daily "Win Streaks," due to device changes, app uninstalls, or temporary network outages.

2. Virtual Currency (Bata Coins)

WordChain utilizes a virtual in-game currency referred to as "Bata" coins. Please read the following rules carefully:

• Bata coins are purely digital assets used strictly within the WordChain app for hints and gameplay assistance.
• They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or cashed out for real money under any circumstances.
• Bata coins cannot be transferred between different users or outside the Apple and Google ecosystems.

3. In-App Purchases & Refunds

All micro-transactions for virtual coins are processed safely and securely through Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store In-App Purchase systems. Because Apple and Google handle all financial transactions:

• We (Bataflow) do not collect, process, or store your credit card or payment information.
• We cannot issue direct refunds. Any refund requests or payment disputes must be directed to Apple Customer Support or Google Play Support in accordance with their standard policies.

4. Platform Disclaimers (Apple & Google)

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of WordChain, nor are they involved in any way with the operation, promotions, or gameplay mechanics of this app. The use of Apple iOS and Google Android devices and their respective stores is subject to their own Terms of Service.

5. Fair Use & Intellectual Property

By using WordChain, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to play the game. All app design, mechanics, branding, and assets belong exclusively to Bataflow. You agree not to reverse-engineer the game, use automated bots to guess words, or attempt to manipulate the in-game economy.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Disclaimer and Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Your continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
